Introduction: I am not a researcher, but rather a coordinator of large-scale plans and partnerships relating to seabirds and other waterbirds. I was with USFWS until 2014 and am now volunteering part time with BirdsCaribbean (formerly the Society for the Conservation and Study of Caribbean birds). I remain active in seabird conservation by supporting working groups for various species and regional efforts. For example, I chair the International Black-capped Petrel Conservation Group.
