IAPC6 web site

The first version of the Conference Programme and Abstract Book is available here

In the book, you will find the provisional conference programme with all presentations and posters, including useful information for presenters as well as on the conference Venue and social events. If you attend the Conference you will receive a printed copy of the book at your arrival so, please, don’t print it by yourself. If you have any query concerning the programme and abstracts, please contact us as soon as possible.

A Silent Auction will take place during the conference from September 20th to 22nd to compensate for the CO2 footprint of the IAPC6. We encourage you to donate items that will be on display ready to bid on by the conference participants! Please, find more information in the Abstract Book.

A popular science Video Session is scheduled on the last day of the Conference. If you have a short (5-10 min) informative video of your research and/or conservation programs, we encourage all delegates to bring their videos to the conference. If you are interested, please send us the title, the duration, a brief description of the video (around 50 words) and a link to download it as soon as possible.

During the Conference we organised a number of social events for the delegates. The last day to register to the Tarragona pelagic trip on September 19th will be on 15th September. The last day to register to the Cap de Creus pelagic trip & Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, to the Ebro Delta & Delta Birding Festival, to Codorniu Winery and cellars, and to the Conference dinner will be on Tuesday 20th.

Participation to the Welcome reception at the Observatori Fabra is included in the registration fee, but please make sure you selected to attend it during your registration process. There will be bus transfers departing from the Venue to the Observatori Fabra at 16:15, departing right in front of the main entrance of the Venue. If you cannot be there in time and need a transfer a bit later, please send us an email indicating at what time you could be there and we will try to arrange another transfer. To go back, there will be a transfer bus at least once every hour from the Observatori Fabra to the Venue, until the end of the welcome reception (estimated departing time of the last bus from the Observatori Fabra to the Venue at 23:00).
