Welcome to the Seabirds.net discussion forum
With the official launch of Seabirds.net on August 20th, 2012, we opened a data and communication hub that we would like to share with all seabird researchers around the world.
On our discussion forum you can post questions to the global seabird community asking for advice on research techniques, or information that might be pertinent to your research.
The discussion forum will be lightly moderated to ensure that no abusive posts are shared with the entire community. After you enter a post, you will have 10 minutes to edit, or retract that post. Once the 10 minutes has passed, the moderator will be informed of the post. 12 hours after the post has been sent to the moderator, the post(s) will be sent out to members who have subscribed to the list via a daily digest.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe from this discussion forum by simply visiting your profile page and clicking on "Update Profile".
We encourage you all to take part to make Seabirds.net a success to facilitate communication on a global scale between seabird biologists.
Don't forget to subscribe to our News list as well which will bring you relevant seabird news articles from around the world.
